Getting Started
Click the "Register" button in the top navigation. Fill in your details, verify your email, and complete the KYC verification process to start bidding.
You'll need to provide:
- Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
- Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
- Bank Statement (showing your name and account details)
All documents must be clear, legible, and in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
Most KYC verifications are processed within 24-48 business hours. You'll receive an email notification once your documents have been reviewed.
Bidding
Navigate to an active auction, select the item you're interested in, and enter your bid amount. Your bid must be higher than the current highest bid. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation.
A deposit is a refundable payment required before bidding on certain auctions. It ensures serious participation and is fully refunded if you don't win the auction. Winners' deposits are applied toward their final payment.
Bids are generally binding. Please review all item details carefully before bidding. Contact our support team if you have concerns about a bid.
You'll receive an email notification and an invoice. Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe (usually 48-72 hours). Once payment is confirmed, you can arrange pickup or delivery of your vehicle.
Viewing & Inspection
Yes! We organize viewing sessions before each auction. Check the "Viewings" page for scheduled viewing dates and register to attend. Viewing sessions are typically held 1-3 days before the auction starts.
Yes, each listing includes a detailed condition report with photos. We recommend attending a viewing session for a thorough inspection.
Payment & Delivery
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
If you don't win the auction, your deposit is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the auction ends.
After payment is confirmed, you can arrange collection from our location or opt for delivery (additional charges may apply). Our team will coordinate the handover process.
